Panic attacks are possible anytime and for any person depending on their circumstances and the way their neuro center responds to any trigger that causes extreme distress. Panic attack cases and syndromes vary from person to person. So the symptoms, causes and the ways of dealing with them differ from person to person. A history of one person to another is totally different and thus the panic attack syndrome comes to be totally individual and unique. Often times self hypnosis and positive hypnosis therapies can be done to control severe panic attack.

There are varied treatments for panic attack but not the most common ones but the alternate medicine ones are the kind to likely make the biggest impacts to a person. Panic attacks are characterized by sudden feeling of terror for no apparent or real reason. Usually these reasons are not justified in a practical sense but come with syndromes that are really hard to garner with.

Sudden panic attacks like this can be so extreme that you could feel like you are nearly dying. Some people get the awful pit on the stomach feeling for no justified reasons. It could come being in a crowded place, enclosed spaces, in the presence of an animal or anywhere at all. It gets accompanied by sudden pounding of heart, restriction in breathing, chest spasms, etc.

Often times the repeated reactions happen with the same action but sometimes panic attack can just be a result of some pent up terrified feelings about something unknown or being in some unknown territory. We all know that deep breathing and relaxation can ground us back. But in case of severe panic attacks this just doesn’t seem possible enough. We have to have clinical counseling done in most cases. Breathing techniques do follow a great deal in giving us the adequate space to put control over the unknown but it also requires practice. In cases of severe panic attacks it just doesn’t go too quickly. Medical doctors say that panic attack can even cause dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pains, muscle sores, spasms, feeling of numbness, sense of getting smothered, nausea, hot flashes or sudden chills, tingling in hands or feet, dreamlike sensations, need for escaping, fear of dying, sudden fear of losing control, perceptual distortions, unimaginable horror images or thoughts, etc. It can go up to several minutes or on repeated succession for several days, disrupting your normal way of life. This way panic attack syndrome can bring you some of the most difficult times that you can think of. They can come without a warning but they had actually been building up within you for quite sometime as a trigger of some traumatic incident or some trauma related sides. It can disrupt your sleep and overall normal sense of daily life. They can bring you or lead you into high blood pressure or even heart attack. Certain medications, strong caffeine, alcohol and such stressful items for your body could just be hastening your panic attack syndrome. Often some calming herbs, medicines and avoidance of trigger food and environment can keep things in control.

You don’t have to be dependant on the proziac or anything like that with the wide array of possibilities now being available to safely cure depression. Though persistent and different alternative approaches might be well to consider. Fast paced lifestyle and competitive ways can surely set for depression. There must be a positive and healthy change in one’s daily routine to bring about a deep seated redirection with one’s depression. Curing depression is always more about lifestyle changes than about inclusion of different methods of cure. It is more about what you are taking out and organizing in order to deal with daily life in a more positive and healthy way. Sometimes our coping mechanisms fail with too much energy interaction or pressures from all sides making us prone to fall victims of depression. In severe cases therapies may be necessary. Counseling therapies, auric healings, hypnotic therapies, etc. have all proven to be effective as with writing and journaling through guided instructions.

All these resolve deep seated issues and unravel the causes that have been creating the foray into depression. Severe depressions which take the turn of being long term and chronic, however, calls for proper medication. Uncontrolled stressed make way for depression in different ways creating suffering that cannot just be tamed through medications, but through therapies as well as lifestyle changes. Such depressions can even lead to or stem from heart diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer, etc. If anybody is suffering from any complicated disease like these then they need to be addressed first and the depression often goes or lessens with that. With greater recovery depression can be cured as well. Clinical depression is quite different from some of the mild depressive attacks any of us can get. Depression can also be a direct reaction to some kind of allergy. It could be food allergy, trigger to alcohol to certain chemicals in the environment. Mos
t people, without even knowing themselves, are allergic to gluten. Gluten in most cases cause severe allergy as do alcohol in regards to the psychological mechanisms. When food allergy is detected even is detected you may not be getting any apparent physical reaction from them but they might really be the case for an underlying depression. People receive considerable benefits on immediate changes to their diet and lifestyle.

Only 30 weeks may be enough to form this amazing machine called the human brain. There are many short term memory related neurons that form the intrinsic parts of the human brain. Dutch researchers have reported that this is giving scientists new evidences of the formation of the central nervous system. The Centre for Genetics, Reproduction and Child Health at the Maastricht University Medical Centre in Netherlands show that this study aims to pin point the major functions of the intrauterine neurological developments of the human system.

This new resource have been said to be a real breakthrough for researching on what goes on within the stages of development of the fetuses. But any medical study for this purpose was posing to be dangerous for the study for the fetuses and so these experiments have been stopped in any massive way.

If you watch people around you and talk to your family doctor about the victims of the patients suffering with heart, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, obesity, back pain and stress or insomnia diseases, their wrong life style would be the major cause.

This may not be for every one, but to the majority. So, why don’t you think about your faulty life style and get them corrected for better life and health? What are those common behaviors? If you have the habit of drinking alcohol, reduce it then slowly stop it. You can also have a visit to rehabilitation center if you could not stop it with your self control. Then stop taking items like tobacco which is major cause for the cancer.

It affects your lungs if you are a smoker.

Do you know the major diseases that can cause death?

Pneumonia, Cancer, Accidents, Heart Disease, Stroke, Respiratory disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Kidney disease and Diabetes are the major diseases that can cause death. In this list now you can also add AIDS. Many African countries and under developed countries are badly affected. It is mainly due to not having proper health awareness. Accidents can not be said as a disease, but most of the accidents are due to our carelessness or some of the activities like speeding up, drunken driving and talking in a cell phone etc.

How can you get away from your old behaviors?

Simple, if you have the habit of smoking or drinking alcohol, stop it. Do not start it again, otherwise, there is no meaning in stopping it.

Make a plan for doing regular exercise. This will not only improve your health and stamina but also tune your mind more in a positive way. Exercises like yoga, walking and playing games too will be of great help. Eat healthy fruits and vegetables. They contain more vitamins, fiber and minerals. This will help you to keep your body and mind healthy.

Scientists have developed a supportive framework of stem cells to fill up the cavities of brain caused by the stroke. The study has been conducted in rats by inserting biological decomposable balls laden with stem cells that replaced the damaged brain tissue within one week.

The team is now making preparations to insert the stem cells in human to replace the blood vessels of the brain damaged due to stroke, but there are still lots of things to consider before trying it in the stroke survivors, scientists said.

Previous research showed some improvement but due to the lack of scaffold the stem cells were enable to reach at the targeted place. To counter this problem, scientists developed the tiny polymer balls and loaded them with stem cells.

Then researchers injected the thousands of these tiny balls in the damaged area of the brain in stroke survivors. This framework helped the neural stem cells to reconstruct the blood vessels and filled the cavity.

“This technique really works because these tiny balls can be injected with very fine needles and they adopt the shape of the cavity. Through this process stem cells get connected with the other others and star the formation of new tissues,” study leader Dr Mike Modo said.

Researchers noted, the injected stem cells migrated along the gallows to start the formation of neural tissues similar to the host brain

“This study is translating the realistic treatments with stem cell. But it is still in the initial phases of research and much research is needed before practicing it in humans,” Joe Korner

“These kinds of products have no advantage in the social daily life of intellectually active people. There are some other more productive things which we can do to achieve the desired results.” Dr. Peter J. Snyder said.

Brain trainings are well known to help patients of memory lose but whether these works in measurable cognitive impairment is still unclear. Astonishingly, the market of these products has bulged from 2 million dollar to 225 million within the three years.

Researchers analyzed ten different studies to evaluate the benefits of cognitive training for the healthy seniors. The approaches of the studies vary from cyber-games to piano lessons.

Researchers found that some brain trainings have immediate effects on the people related to the completion of task, but there was no evidence that the brain training affects other aspects of the mental function and showed weak, long-term benefits.

Results don’t mean that such trainings for brain are useless in the treatment of memory problem or these can’t sharpen the mind of healthy old people. But the engagement in intellectual and social routine life, from reading books to playing with children, has provided better results.

Researchers also noticed that the routine, mild physical activity keep cognitive function smooth. It has proved that type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases cause mental decline. Physical activity helps to maintain weight and heart health in other words, brain health, researchers said.</mce>

Merel Kindt, a psychologist at the University of Amsterdam has conduct the research on a group of volunteers who used found themselves free from the fear they had after taking the medicines.

It is said that the awful memories were weakened by the generic beta-blocker propranolol. Hence the medicine may be used for the treatment of those suffering from post- traumatic stress disorder and other psychological problems of fearful memories.

As it has been observed during studying animals that fear memories are changed by recalling, the miracle of reconsolidation. The researchers are of the view that at this stage, the beta blokers like propranolol target neurons in the brain and complement the function of reconsolidation.

After given the drug when the people under experiment were examined found with less fear response as compared to the group with placebo still having the mild shock of fear. It is concluded that the pill might have some effects of weakening the underlying memory by changing its approach towards fear.

Now the questions are to observe the period of its effectiveness on the memory last and to use it as a treatment for those having any kind of fear or phobia actually.

It was found that annual cost for treatment and recovering lost productivity reached up to $247 billion. This cost is exacted towards the specified health care, all the rest spent on youth are excluded. They are education, social welfare, criminal justice, and work life problems resolves. If added all, the estimated price would have shot high.

The panel instigated the White House to counter the problem and work in cooperation with the government to bring about fruitful results. National Research Council and Institute of Medicine set up the panel which advises U.S policy makers.

Expense estimation came as many lawmakers and U.S government are seeking effective ways to improve health care measures. The healthcare services are costly in the U.S but lacking quality. Though school based programs have been effective in preventing certain mental health and behavior disorders leading to drug and substance abuse.

Many low level projects are working to cater the problems but the governmental lead is missing which the panel looks forward to. A positive and quick response from the White House will certainly be helpful.
